What you need
ground black pepper

tbsp heavy cream

tbsp cream cheese

cup chicken broth

tbsp unsalted butter

tbsp parsley

clove garlic

white onion

cup baby bella mushroom

basmati rice
Instructions
Prepare the Success Boil-in-Bag Basmati Rice according to package instructions. In a large skillet or pan, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and sauté until translucent, about 2-3 minutes. Add sliced mushrooms to the skillet. Cook until the mushrooms are tender and lightly browned, about 5-7 minutes. Add garlic and cook until fragrant. Pour in the white wine and cook for 2-3 minutes, allowing it to reduce slightly. Pour in the chicken broth and allow to simmer for 5 minutes. Stir in the cream cheese, cream and parmesan until well combined. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Add the Success Rice from the bag to the skillet. Stir well to combine with the mushroom mixture. Remove the skillet from the heat and stir in the chopped parsley.
