Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or aluminum foil and set aside. In a small bowl, mix together the paprika, chili powder, garlic powder, baking powder, salt, and pepper. Pat the chicken dry with paper towels. Place the chicken wings in a large bowl and sprinkle the spice mixture over them. Toss the wings to ensure that they are coated evenly. Arrange the wings in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet. Bake the wings in the preheated oven for 45-50 minutes, or until they are crispy and golden brown. Remove the wings from the oven and let them cool for a few minutes before serving.
